Our instructors at CIS are experienced teachers, trained continually in applied linguistics, and enthusiastic about their profession. We teach Spanish and Mayan as second languages, as well as English, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, and Mandarin as foreign languages. Basic, intermediate, advanced and superior levels of study are available (availability depending on the language), both in small groups, in private sessions, or through Skype, allowing for maximum attention to accommodate to your particular academic needs.
Our lessons are functional and student-centered, delivered entirely in the target language in a supportive, professional manner that gives each student a sense of achievement rather than the frustration provoked by traditional, grammar-based teaching methods.
