Wow....what an experience! Learning spanish in a small fishing village with world class surfing just down the beach. Juan, the director, was awesome and my teacher was patient and professional. This is no San Juan del Sur, but the views, tranquility, and funky fresh seafood places on the beach are just what I was looking for. You can walk to Amarillo Beach and Colorado Beach, and the Zacatan ecological park. Bigfoot doesn't offer homestays, but Hotel Brio is amazing and cheap!
