Coming from New York and having only a 7th grade Spanish level of "Hola, como estas?", Sara had a lot of work to do with me and while I really wanted to learn Spanish, I didn't really know if I could at this point in my adult life. Sara's style is so warm and comforting that she makes it so easy to learn from her. I looked forward to going to all my classes and just spending time with her!! Now that I've lived here for 3 years, I can say with confidence that her school is the best in Tulum. I recommend her to all my friends, clients, and followers that plan to visit or live in Tulum. Within a very short time, everyone I knew was commenting on how much my Spanish had improved and I finally feel like I can say "I speak Spanish." This is only because of Sara -- her style and dedication to teach an immersion in not just the language but the culture of Mexico as well. She is the only teacher you should go see when in Tulum!!!
