We use doler to talk about pain.
   Doler is irregular.
     It uses indirect object pronouns.

Me duele el pecho.
      My chest hurts.
A mí me duele la garganta.
      My throat hurts.
¿Qué te duele?
      What is hurting you?
Te duelen mucho las muelas.
      The molars hurt you a lot.

A Ben le duelen los pies.
      Ben's feet hurt.
A nosotros nos duelen los pies.
      Our feet hurt.
Le duele.
      It hurts.
Me duelen la cabeza y la espalda.
      My head hurts and my back hurts.
